Mom’s QUICK Berry Apple Pie

This great recipe is the pot pie of dessert.

Basically – you can take all of your leftover fruit from the week and turn it into a delicious masterpiece.

Here’s what we did….

apple berry pie

1 Cup Strawberries

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Cup Sliced Apples (Any variety, but we like Gala Apples over here.)

1 Cup Blackberries

1 Cup Raspberries

2 tsp. Cinnamon

¾ – 1 Cup Granulated Sugar

½ – ¾ Cup of All Purpose Flour

Pillsbury Pie Crust

In a large bowl, mix together your fruit, sugar, and flour so that all of the fruit is coated. In the meantime, turn your oven to 375 degrees… pour a nice glass of wine for yourself… line a pie tin with one of the Pillsbury Pie Crusts. Add your fruit mixture and even it out nicely. Place the second pie crust on top of the fruit, folding over the edges to prevent juices from leaking out of the pie. Create small slits on the top of the pie crust to allow heat to escape and prevent your crust from getting air bubbles.

Cook time:

40-45 minutes @ 375 degrees
