Blueberry Banana Muffins
Pint Size Review: One thumbs up!
These muffins are jam packed with fruit and healthy goodness! My kids are so picky (in case I haven’t already made that clear) & I can never get them to eat well in the mornings. I feel better knowing I can throw one of these muffins on their plate.
My middle one is a little funny about bananas so I might just try HALF of a banana in the future. They have a strong taste & can sometimes overpower the other flavors in the muffin. It also didn’t help that my oldest POINTED OUT that I put bananas in the muffins either. (Shaking my head)
1 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
¼ Cup of Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
Bake: 425 Degrees for 15-20 minutes (I didn’t use muffin liners this time around and sprayed the cooking tins with coconut oil instead! They came out great!)
