High Protein Sprinkle Pancakes
My kids aren’t vegetarians… I would more so call them fruitatarians with a large heaping side of carbs. They won’t eat anything – especially for breakfast! I decided to pack these quick and easy pancakes with some protein and give it a go. Results? Success. They had no idea and I felt so much better about what I was feeding them. I even decided to add some fun chocolate chips and sprinkles to the mix.
1 Cup of Greek Yogurt Plain
1 Cup Quick Pancake Mix
½ Scoop of Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Water – Add water to get the proper consistency
