Granola Bites: Chocolate chunk with sea salt

Irresistible Granola Bites 

Review: My little pint-sized food critics gave this snack two thumbs up! Craveable.


1 cup Whole grain oats

1 cup Whole grain millet

¼ cup Sunflower seeds

1 Large Scoop Peanut butter

1 Large Scoop Cashew butter

2 tsp. Cocoa

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 tsp. Sea salt

¼ cup Semisweet chocolate chunks (Add according to taste preference)

¼ cup Fresh shredded coconut (Add according to taste preference)


Mix ingredients. Flatten in a shallow baking dish to about ¾ inch thickness. Cut desired size (I also think these would be good as rolled balls or granola bars). Refrigerate.
