Frozen Yogurt Bark
My kids love ice cream and it’s no surprise who they inherited that from… 🙂
But sometimes a healthy alternative is needed.
This sweet treat yogurt bark has WAY less sugar than your leading ice cream brands. On average, one serving of ice cream is about 15 g of sugar and 4 g of protein.
This frozen sweet treat is only 4 g of sugar (for the entire tray!) and boasts 15 g of protein.
1 Cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt (Plain/Vanilla)
1 Cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt (Chocolate)
Desired toppings: Sprinkles, chocolate chips, fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries, nuts
Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Create an even layer of the vanilla yogurt and allow to freeze for about 20 minutes. Take the tray out of the freezer and add your second flavor of yogurt (the chocolate) with toppings. Place back in the freezer for another 45 minutes – 1 hour. Done just in time for dessert!!!
